Challenge
The project required a complex management and organization structure to meet the needs of a remote construction site and remote team including a client in Hong Kong, two separate design teams in Seattle and California and 5 separate contractors from Singapore, Brunei, Canada, Hawaii and California.

Solution
The 7,000 square foot residential complex, located on a Pacific Island is a synthesis of Japanese architecture and western technology.  Extensive wood types and products, sourced world wide, combine to create a sophisticated yet comfortable environment.  Elaborate audio/visual, lighting and electronic systems are designed for completed change out accommodating new technologies and are conceal with the calm Japanese esthetic.
